Business Coaching is about results. 

In business, it is the bottom line that counts.  It doesn't much matter how hard someone tries or how many hours they put in if they don't produce the results they (and the organization) need.  Professional businesspeople - executives, business owners, managers - seek out coaching for a wide variety of reasons.
